This is particularly important when large numbers of people coming from different places, with differing roles, are expected to be working together. One of the major dilemna for multi-nationals and governments in the communication area is the management of large databases. Our solutions resolve this problem by using an intelligent system for importing, creating, searching and filtering contacts or groups of contacts. Updating the details associated with a contact is managed by the contact himself, by the leader of a given group, by the system administrator or by synchronisation with external databases. All the lists are exportable in Excel or csv files.
Our solutions are continuously evolving. Additional functions are regularly added. These extensions are included in the various subscription deals available.
