AlarmTILT can be used to distinguish between information that does not require an active response from the recipient and an alert, requiring active confirmation from the recipient that the message has been received, properly understood and that action will follow. In both cases, the person handling messages will benefit from a real-time view of message status, with any responses received being displayed.
The system is particularly well adapted for an evolutionary approach. Our philosophy can be summarised by the phrase ‘baby steps’. We believe that the number of customer references would convince you, and most of them started by deploying the system in a specific situation, and then gradually extended it out to other sectors of their organization. |
