One of the major dilemna for multi-nationals and governments in the communication area is the management of large databases. Our solutions resolve this problem by using an intelligent system for importing, creating, searching and filtering contacts or groups of contacts. Updating the details associated with a contact is managed by the contact himself, by the leader of a given group, by the system administrator or by synchronisation with external databases. All the lists are exportable in Excel or csv files.

  • Immediate reporting
All calls are logged and archived, and reports are generated in line with alert procedure development, either on line or in the form of pdf or Excel files.  These reports can be distributed at regular intervals during a particular incident either by e-mail, SMS or voice alerts.
  • Extensible and adaptable

The system is particularly well adapted for an evolutionary approach.
