All calls are logged and archived, and reports are generated in line with alert procedure development, either on line or in the form of pdf or Excel files. These reports can be distributed at regular intervals during a particular incident either by e-mail, SMS or voice alerts.
Our personnel can assist you in several languages. The system contains advanced on-line help as well as a support chat tool. In addition to e-mail support, there is also a hotline. Training, webinars and web demos are available on request.
