Key features
AlarmTILT can be used to distinguish between information that does not require an active response from the recipient and an alert, requiring active confirmation from the recipient that the message has been received, properly understood and that action will follow. In both cases, the person handling messages will benefit from a real-time view of message status, with any responses received being displayed.
An advanced and flexible access control system enables extending or limiting certain parts of the solution. This is particularly important when large numbers of people coming from different places, with differing roles, are expected to be working together. The system has been implemented with the specific needs of multi-national and/or governmental organisations in mind.
- Messaging system accompanying the procedures
You can write a message, select recipient groups and send immediately or at a pre-determined time. However, unlike other similar systems, this solution lets you manage situations where different groups of people need to be alerted with different types of messages, with different priority levels. In this case, you can pre-define alert scenarios, which you can then merge into one overall emergency procedure. Just one action will then suffice to activate the procedure and manage message transmission according to the settings controlled by the trigger. |
