AlarmTILT for iPhone allows you to quickly notify, alert, invite, inform, organise, call out staff, colleagues, partners, customers and friends wherever you are and wherever they are, via push notification, email, SMS, voice text-to-speech call.
AlarmTILT for iPhone is FREE for all AlarmTILT customers (all license types). AlarmTILT for iPhone requires the creation of an AlarmTILT account.
What is AlarmTILT?
AlarmTILT is an out of the box alert and incident management solution for emergency situations developed by M-PLIFY.
How does AlarmTILT work?
Different action options:
- Send an alert – Type your text, select the destinations (contacts, or contact groups), and press Send. AlarmTILT will dispatch the message using email, SMS, voice text to speech or push notification (if the contact has the AlarmTILT app)according to the calling order attached to the contact. You will visualize all replies and acknowledge actions from your destinations in real time, so you have a clear picture of who has answered, and who has not.
- Send an information – Same as 1), but does not require a reply from your contacts.
- Launch a procedure – An alert procedure has been pre-defined, with one click call different groups with different messages in pre-defined call order. Follow up in real time replies and acknowledge actions from your teams.
- If you are yourself in a destination list and someone contacts you, you will be alerted via push notification. In case of an alert, your AlarmTILT app will open, you can read the message and reply directly be pressing either YES or NO button. If the push notification fails, you will be notified automatically via SMS or, email, or voice text-to-speech.
